This policy explains what information we collect on goallinerealestate.com and buyers.goallinerealestate.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using either site, you accept this policy.
When you fill out a form on this site — a contact form, the first-home quiz, a showing or tour request, a home-value request, new-listing alerts, or saving homes — we collect what you enter. Depending on the form, that can include your name, email address, phone number, the cities and price range you're shopping in, your buying timeline, whether you're a first-time buyer, and general household, income, and credit ranges you select in the quiz. If you email, call, or text us, we keep the messages.
Like most websites, we automatically receive your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, and how you interact with them. If you arrive from one of our ads, the ad platform's click identifier comes with you. To save you retyping, this site also stores the contact details and search preferences you've entered in your own browser's local storage — that copy stays on your device and you can clear it in your browser settings at any time.

We use this information to respond to you, set up the services you asked for (listing alerts, showings, saved homes, program matching), schedule and confirm appointments, understand and improve the site, measure our advertising, protect against abuse and fraud, and meet our legal obligations as a Texas real estate brokerage team.
We share information only with service providers as needed to run the site — those named above, our hosting provider, our email provider, and a phone-number verification service that checks that numbers submitted on forms are real — with our brokerage (Keller Williams Realty Dallas Metro North) and affiliated professionals when needed to serve your transaction, and where the law requires. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their marketing or promotional purposes. Phone numbers collected for text messaging and your text-messaging consent are never shared with third parties for marketing.
1. We use SMS to confirm appointments, send reminders, and notify clients of schedule updates or important changes.
2. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP”. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time, and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
3. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword “HELP” for more assistance, or you can get help directly at bethbrake@kw.com.
4. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
5. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency may vary. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
6. If you have any questions regarding privacy, please read this privacy policy.
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, subject to records we're required to keep under Texas real estate and other law. Email bethbrake@kw.com with your request and we'll respond as applicable law requires. We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above and for our legal record-keeping obligations.
This site is for a general audience and offers nothing to children. If we learn a child under 18 has sent us personal information, we'll use it only to tell them they can't use the site, then delete it.
