These terms are governed by Texas law, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising from these terms or the site will be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction in Denton County, Texas. YOU AND GOALLINE EACH AGREE TO BRING CLAIMS ONLY IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. If a court finds part of these terms unenforceable, the rest remains in effect; our not enforcing a provision isn't a waiver of it.
